How to Request Deletion

Email email@hamptonschoolmu.com with the subject User Data Deletion Request.

Please tell us which channel you used to contact Hampton School (for example, our Facebook Page on Messenger) and provide enough information to help us locate the relevant conversation, such as the name of the Facebook profile used or the approximate date of your enquiry.

Do not send passwords, identification documents or sensitive information with your initial request.

What Happens Next

We will review your request and may ask you to verify that you are the person entitled to make it. We will then identify relevant personal information held by Hampton School and delete or anonymise it where applicable.

If we must retain certain records for legal, safeguarding or other legitimate obligations, we will explain this when responding to your request.

Depending on what you shared and what Hampton School retains, a request may cover:

• Your name and contact information
• Messenger enquiry text and relevant conversation records held by Hampton School
• Information you supplied about school visits or admissions enquiries
• Related records used to manage or respond to your enquiry

This process concerns information controlled by Hampton School. It does not delete messages or account information held independently by Meta or other providers.

Managing Your Facebook Connection

If Hampton School's application appears in your Facebook account's connected apps, you may also manage it through Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. The exact menu names may vary.

Removing an app or deleting your own Messenger conversation does not necessarily remove records already held by Hampton School. Please email us using the instructions above if you want Hampton School to process a deletion request.
